Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ByteAlley (“ByteAlley”, “we”, “us”), the platform for building sales funnels, selling digital products, and running courses and challenges. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ByteAlley provides hosted tools to build funnels and product pages, capture leads, accept payments from your customers, deliver digital products, and run courses and challenges. We offer FREE, PRO, and AGENCY plans with different features and limits.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@bytealleyapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ByteAlley to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • sell prohibited, fraudulent, counterfeit, or misleading goods or services;
  • send spam, run deceptive marketing, or collect data without proper consent;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or disrupt the service;
  • circumvent plan limits, billing, or our bot- and abuse-protection controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice where the violation is severe or ongoing.

4. Your content and customers

You retain ownership of the funnels, products, media, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service. You are solely responsible for Your Content, your offers, your customer communications, and for honoring sales made through your funnels.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the plan reverts to FREE. We may change pricing on prospective notice. [Insert your refund policy, trial terms, and any taxes/VAT handling here.]

6. Payments between you and your customers

Sales you make to your own customers are processed through your connected Paystack account. Those transactions are between you and your customer; ByteAlley is not the merchant of record and is not a party to them. You are responsible for delivery, support, refunds, chargebacks, and any taxes arising from your sales, and for complying with Paystack’s terms.

7. Intellectual property

The ByteAlley platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our branding or software except the right to use the service as permitted here.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates third parties (for example Paystack for payments, and providers for email, media hosting, and DNS). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteAlley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. [Confirm the liability cap with counsel.]

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ByteAlley harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your offers and sales, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Specify the courts/venue or any arbitration agreement.]

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
